Global Health Care will Produce Biologically Active Dietary Supplements for 1.5 bln rubles

The Global Health Care Plant, which is specialized in the manufacture of Biologically Active Dietary Supplements (BADS), has announced its annual production plan anticipating the release of products for 1.5 bln rubles.

4 manufacturing lines are designed for issue of BADS in the form of effervescent tablets, capsules, powders in jars and flow-pack bags. Two more lines — production of soft gelatine capsules and liquid BADS in drops – are being created. An approximate term of launch of new manufacturing lines — 3 quarter 2018.

Facilities of the Global Health Care Plant allow issuing 100 mln of packs of products per year and providing a good competition to contract manufacturers. According to the preliminary production plan for the current year, 20 mln packs of biologically active dietary supplements will be issued for the total price of 1.5 bln rubles.

“А” class facility with area of 10,000 sq. m is located in the territory of the former confectionary plant in Tuchkovo town, Ruzsky District, the Moscow Region. The products will be manufactured for Hendel company as well as under contracts with other customers.

“Two years ago we faced the problem of contract manufacturing, plants in Russia and CIS countries could not satisfy our needs in view of the output and product quality, - says Anton Livshits, the general director and co-owner of Global Health Care. — When the search geography (Europe, China, Thailand) was expanded, it did not solve the problem — contract manufacturing has the same weaknesses in the whole world. Finally, it was decided to establish a plant. Initially we were going to fulfill only our orders, but during test run we received a lot of requests for contract manufacturing and have already put our first clients on our annual business plan. Further, we are going to increase the manufacturing capacity; the plant’s facilities allow us enhancing the performance by 5 times”.
