Global Health Care launched new production lines
Since early 2018, Global Health Care has launched five production lines intended for production of effervescent tablets, capsules (capsulation), powders, sachets, and bottling, respectively.

Production capacity of the effervescent tablets line: 50,000 tubes/day / 1,500,000 tubes/month

Production capacity of the powder line: 20,500 bottles/day / 615,000 bottles/month

Production capacity of the capsulation line: 21,500 packs/day / 645,000 packs/month

Production capacity of the sachet line: 40,200 sachets/day / 1,200,000 sachets/month
Thanks to availability of up-to-date automated equipment, Global Health Care is able to employ most advanced manufacturing techniques for the majority of foodstuffs and dietary supplements in popular categories such as beauty, weight loss, men’s and women’s health, immunity, sport nutrition, etc.
All production lines are fully compliant with HACCP-ISO 22000:2005, and we are planning to get certified in accordance with GMP and Halal standards.
